Kate
Blue Wren was born from a love of all things planning, organising and of course weddings!
I hold certificates in Event Management and Wedding Planning;
a passion for helping others and a knack for working the logistical side of any special occasion.
We are a small family owned and operated business located in the heart of the beautiful Tamar Valley in the north of Tasmania.

We aim to provide the highest level of service whilst maintaining open and honest communication with everyone involved in the creative processes of delivering the most exceptional of wedding days for our couples.

Your Day, Your Way!
On The Day Coordination
The baseline of services, the On The Day Coordination package is suited for those who may need a minimal amount of help with basic tasks that the couple should simply not have to manage themselves, or expect a family member or friend to be in charge of on the day.
*Please note that this package does not cover for extensive set ups*
General inclusions (but are not limited to):
- Communication with the couple from 6-8 weeks out
- Communication with all major vendors from 4 weeks out
- Timeline management
- Attendance at the rehearsal
- Minimum of 8 hours of coordination on the day

Superb Package
The midrange of services; the Superb package is suited for those couples who choose to DIY their wedding but require some help with the execution of it all, or are opting for a more casual stand up / cocktail style and require less extensive set up services.
General inclusions (but are not limited to):
- Site visits
- Communication with the couple from 6-8 months out
- Communication with all major vendors from 4 weeks out
- Timeline management
- Attendance at the rehearsal
- 3 Hours of set up time the morning of, or the day prior
- Minimum of 8 hours of coordination on the day

The top tier of services; the Splendid package is suited for those couples who are planning for a formal sit down style wedding, and those that may have a longer task list when it comes to their venue setup.
General inclusions (but are not limited to):
- Site visits
- Vendor visits
- Communication with the couple from 6-8 months out
- Communication with all major vendors from 4 weeks out
- Timeline management
- Attendance at the rehearsal
- 5 Hours of set up time the morning of, or the day prior
- Minimum of 8 hours of coordination on the day
